Mr. Goldstein is a Partner at Macellum Advisors, LP, where he was instrumental in our successful proxy contests including The Children’s Place, Christopher & Banks, Citi Trends, Bed Bath & Beyond, Big Lots and Kohl’s.

Mr. Goldstein has over 15 years of experience investing in the consumer and retail sector. Mr. Goldstein served as an Analyst at Scopus Asset Management, a New York-based hedge fund, as a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase & Co., Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and as a consultant at Telsey Advisory Group.

Mr. Goldstein currently serves on the Associate Board of Madison Square Park Conservancy, a non-profit responsible for caring for the park by focusing on sustainability, horticulture, art, and community. Mr. Goldstein previously served on the board of directors of Big Lots, Inc.
